Jarret Jackson

Experience
Jarret Jackson is responsible for marketing and business development at ClearCarbon. He brings nearly a decade of management and strategy consulting experience and has worked with clients in the energy and utilities, logistics and transportation, financial services, and consumer packaged goods industries as well as Federal government clients such as the TSA and the FAA.
Prior to ClearCarbon, Jarret was Director of Sales Operations at OPOWER, a software and marketing company that works with utilities to encourage their consumers to become more energy efficient. Jarret was responsible for developing the company’s marketing and sales materials, writing proposals to win new business, and managing the company pipeline.
Jarret spent the early part of his career building financial and operational models to help a variety of organizations from the U.S. Postal Service to Coca-Cola to optimize performance and improve profitability. He has advised companies like Bauducco and MillerCoors on marketing strategies in the U.S.

An interesting fact about Jarret
As an undergraduate, Jarret spent a summer working on the American Stock Exchange by day and on the sets of TV shows at night. If you look closely, you can catch him as an extra on a couple of episodes of Law & Order, Now & Again, and in the movie 28 Days. He now prefers to spend his free time on the other side of a still camera and is an avid amateur nature photographer.
